When can you start?
We’ll get started once we’ve received all of the necessary materials for your project. This ensures there are no delays once work is underway.
How long will it take?
We’ll provide an estimated timeline, but because every project has many moving parts, it may be subject to change. We’ll never sacrifice quality to meet a deadline.
Can we make changes or add things along the way?
Yes, we use a change order form for any updates. While it’s best to finalize details before starting, we understand that ideas evolve and adjustments may be needed along the way.
Do you pull the permits?
Yes, we handle all required permits and filings for your project.
Can we use our own subcontractors?
No. We only work with subcontractors whose insurance, licensing, and quality of work have been verified and thoroughly vetted through past projects.
