After reaching out to us, we’ll set up a site visit to meet you and discuss your patio project in detail. We’ll address your expectations, answer your questions, and provide you with a list of suppliers where you can make product selections based on your project type.
2. Get a Quote

After your products are chosen, we’ll put together a quote with accurate project numbers based on your selections. We’ll meet with you to go over your estimate, confirm your choices, discuss where different selections can be made to adjust the cost if needed.
3. Construction Contract

Upon approval of your estimate, we create a contract complete with all final selections and estimated cost. At this time we require a signed contract and deposit for your project—and then construction can begin!

With all materials ordered, your project is scheduled out, including all subcontractor work. During this process, our office manager will be your point of contact to schedule the job and access the site. Art will be onsite frequently as project manager, overseeing the work and addressing any questions or concerns along the way.

Once the project is completed, Art will walk through the new patio with you and will make any reasonable adjustments, per the construction contract, until the job is officially complete. Then, all that’s left is for you to enjoy your new patio!
